Design Consultation
All of our Full Design Services start with a Design Consultation to ensure that we fully understand the project. Find out more here.
During the consultation, we will discuss your wish list, budget size and what stage you are up to with building consent/architect plans (if applicable).
Initial Plans
We will use your inspirational pictures and knowledge gained from our consultation to begin sketching the new layout/floorplan that we are creating.
You will be given two revisions during this process to ensure our visions are aligned.
Detailed Design
It is at this stage that we begin to design in detail how each room that we are working on will look. Our plans will include electrical plans, heating/radiators/underfloor heating, flooring, wall finishes (including plastering), wall colours, furniture, storage solutions, lighting and fabrics.
The more time we spend getting this stage correct, the more accurate our pricing and timescales will be.
Quotations
Once we are happy and have agreed on the new layout and design, we will contact our Trade Team (or your own builders if you prefer) to begin arranging quotations for the work we have discussed.
Final Thoughts
Before we commence the next stage, we take a moment to check through the quotations, select the trade team, finalise the plans and designs and ensure that we are all happy with the project and the schedule of works.

The building work can be overseen by us, the builders or another contractor, so we need to ensure we are all on the same page.
The Build
A detailed schedule of work for the build and the design will be handed over to the team of builders to follow or will be personally managed by us, depending on the level of service you opt for.

We will regularly conduct budget checks to ensure the project remains on track and will inform you if we have any unexpected findings during the build. This can happen with extensions and renovations and ensuring that you have a contingency fund is essential for any large build.

A detailed list of links for all items for the design will be emailed over so that they can be purchased in a timely manner (or we can manage this if you would prefer).
